The honesty page

Read this first.
Then buy with your eyes open.

We sell software for one payment rather than a subscription. Before you buy, check what your hosting must provide, whether your marketplace account needs connection details and what our three-month guarantee covers. This page explains all three. Checkout will ask you to confirm that you have read it.

The short version

Five things to know

1

Self-hosted means your server

Our seller tools run on your hosting, under your control. That's the point — but it means your hosting has to meet a few requirements, listed below.

2

Some tools need marketplace connection details

Our Mac apps and the Payout Splitter need none — the splitter runs on the settlement files you already download from each marketplace. A tool that connects directly to a marketplace needs API keys: private connection details obtained from your own seller account. WooCommerce Xero Invoices needs a Xero Web app that you create in the Xero Developer Centre. The plugin shows the exact redirect URI and the product page explains the setup.

3

Three months, guaranteed

Everything we sell carries a three-month guarantee: if it stops doing what we said it does — including a marketplace changing something — we fix it free. After that, changes are quoted at a fixed price.

4

Check the fit before you pay

Email us your setup — your hosting, the marketplaces you sell on and how you ship — and we'll tell you straight whether a tool fits before you spend a penny. The Payout Splitter demo is free and runs on your own real settlement files.

5

Need something different?

Just ask. Email ln3@sitelead.co.uk — and if it's easier to talk, say so and we'll arrange a call.

Hosting requirements

What your server needs

Applies to self-hosted products — currently WooCommerce Xero Invoices, the Payout Splitter and the Temu Order Fetcher, plus the Temu Listing Manager. Apps installed directly on a Mac and the Google Sheets clocking-in tool need none of this.

ProductNeedsNotes
WooCommerce Xero Invoices (available now) WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.2+, PHP 8.1+, HTTPS and OpenSSL Needs a Xero organisation and a free Xero Web app. Automatic syncing starts paused; test a known paid order as a draft before enabling automatic or Authorised invoices.
Payout Splitter (available now) PHP 8.1+ hosting with MySQL, HTTPS Any decent shared host, VPS or Plesk/cPanel server. No API keys needed — it runs on the settlement files you already download. Installer included; or reply to your purchase email and we'll install it for you, usually same day.
Temu Order Fetcher (available now) PHP 8.1+ hosting with MySQL, HTTPS and a scheduled task (usually called cron), plus a fixed public IP address Create an empty MySQL database and user; the installer creates its tables. The fixed IP is Temu's rule, not ours — see the box below. Installer included; or reply to your purchase email and we'll install it for you, usually same day.
Temu Listing Manager (available now) PHP 8.1+ HTTPS hosting with automatic SQLite (recommended) or MySQL, plus one fixed public IP when the server connects to Temu Needs a live Temu EU/UK Open Platform app with permission to read create and change listings, categories, shipping templates, images, the amount Temu pays you and the initial stock quantity on a new listing. Upload an existing product spreadsheet, match its columns and choose the package measurement units. A shop Sale Price is not assumed to be the amount Temu pays you. It does not fetch orders or manage ongoing stock.
Anything talking to Temu's API All of the above plus a fixed public IP address See the box below — this one is non-negotiable and it's Temu's rule, not ours.
⚠ Temu requires your server address to remain the same. Temu accepts connections only from server IP addresses you've registered in advance. Cheap shared hosting that sends traffic from rotating IPs will not work. You need hosting with one stable public IP address, such as a basic virtual private server (VPS) or a dedicated server. If you are unsure, ask your hosting company: “Does my website always use the same public IPv4 address for outgoing HTTPS connections?”

Marketplace connections

Which connection details you need, and how long they take

API keys are private connection details created in your own seller account. We never see or hold them. Every product that uses them ships with a full step-by-step guide — with free illustrated versions on this site — and a built-in connection tester that tells you in plain English what's wrong if something doesn't connect. Today that means Temu and Xero:

MarketplaceTypical time to get keysWhat's involved
Xero Usually immediate Create a Web app in the Xero Developer Centre, copy the redirect URI shown by the plugin, then paste the Client ID and Client Secret into WordPress. The plugin encrypts the secret and rotating tokens before storing them.
Temu A few days Apply in Temu Seller Central's open platform, create an app for your key + secret, and register your server's IP (see the fixed-IP box above — the installer shows you the exact IP to register).

Step-by-step connection and setup guides are free to read before you buy. They cover Temu connection details, the Amazon settlement report, the eBay transaction report and UPS label printing on a Mac. Full guides are also included with the products that need them. If you get stuck, that is what support is for. Email us before buying if you're unsure your seller account qualifies.

The guarantee

Three months guaranteed. After that, quoted. That's it.

The three-month guarantee

For three months from purchase, if the software stops doing what we said it does — a bug, a marketplace changing a format or API, anything — we fix it free. It applies to everything we sell, self-hosted tools and Mac apps alike.

After the guarantee

Fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price for exactly the change you want — just ask. No subscription, no surprise invoices, and you're never obliged: the software keeps working regardless.

Do marketplace connections change often?

Usually not. Amazon and eBay publish planned changes months in advance, and settlement file formats are more stable still (Amazon's hasn't materially changed in years). Temu is younger and less predictable, which is exactly why the guarantee covers marketplace changes in your first three months.

The one-line test

Stopped doing what it did, within three months? Fix — free. Want something it never did, or you're past the three months? Quoted — fixed price, just ask.

Support

Email ln3@sitelead.co.uk — you'll get a human who wrote the software. Prefer to talk? Say so in your email and we'll arrange a phone call.

Your licence

One payment, licensed to your business and your domain, yours forever. Moving servers or domains? Email us — re-issuing a licence for a genuine move is quick and free. The full terms fit on one page.

Refunds

For an immediate digital download, checkout asks for your express consent to supply it straight away and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is then lost. This never limits your legal remedies if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. Our three-month guarantee is an additional promise, not a replacement for your statutory rights.

Check the fit first

Ask us before you pay — we'll answer straight

Every product page says exactly what the tool does and what it needs. If you're not sure it fits your setup, email us what you run — your hosting, the marketplaces you sell on and how you ship — and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work before you spend anything. "Just ask" isn't a slogan, it's how most of our tools got built.
