The licence: one business,
one payment, yours forever.

1. What you're buying

One payment buys a perpetual, non-transferable licence for one business — one company (or one sole trader). Not a licence per seat, not a licence per order, and never a subscription. The software keeps working whether or not you ever spend another penny with us.

2. What the licence is bound to

• Self-hosted products (the Temu Order Fetcher and the server tools that follow it) are licensed to your domain — given at checkout or set at activation. www. and the bare domain count as one, and a staging or test subdomain is included free.
• Native Mac apps (our label printing tools) are licensed to your business or you personally — install them on the Macs your business works from.

3. What you may do

• Use the software for your own business, on your own server(s) or Macs, without limits on volume — orders, settlements, labels, whatever the tool processes.
• Keep backups.
• Move it — a genuine change of domain, server or Mac is fine. Email us with your licence key and we re-issue quickly, free.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the software or your licence key outside your business.
• Run it as a service for other businesses (accountants and agencies: ask about a multi-client licence — it exists precisely for you).
• Remove the watermarking. Every copy we sell is individually watermarked to its buyer, so a copy in the wild is traceable to the licence that leaked it.

5. The three-month guarantee

For three months from purchase, if the software stops doing what we said it does — a bug, a marketplace changing a format or API, anything — we fix it free. After that, fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price. The full policy, including our honest view of how often marketplaces actually change things, is on the before you buy page.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Everything we sell is digital content supplied by immediate download: at checkout you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once the download is made available, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies. That's fairer than it sounds: every product page says exactly what the tool does and what it needs, and pre-sales questions are welcome — email us your setup and we'll tell you straight whether it fits before you pay.

None of this affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015) — and a fault is exactly what the three-month guarantee is for.

7. Customisations

Want it to do something it doesn't? We quote a fixed price for exactly the amendment you want — extra marketplaces, different accounting packages, bespoke reports, deeper automation. Just ask.

8. The small print that has to exist

The software is provided for your business use; beyond the guarantee above, our liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing it produces is accounting or tax advice — always review output with your accountant. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. "sitelead" is a trading name of Ourons Ltd.
