One payment buys a licence that continues indefinitely for one business and cannot be transferred to another—one company or one sole trader. Not a licence per seat, not a licence per order, and never a subscription. The software keeps working whether or not you ever spend another penny with us.
For three months from purchase, if the software stops doing what we said it does—because of a bug or a supported marketplace change—we fix it free. After that, fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price.
The full policy is on the before you buy page. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or limit them.
Our products are digital content supplied by immediate download. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once supply begins, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost.
This does not affect any legal remedy where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. The three-month guarantee is an additional promise, not the limit of those rights. Pre-sales questions are welcome, so email us your setup and we'll tell you whether it fits before you pay.
Want it to do something it doesn't? We quote a fixed price for exactly the amendment you want — extra marketplaces, different accounting packages, custom reports or additional automation. Just ask.
The software is provided for your business use. To the fullest extent the law permits, our liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that the law says cannot be excluded or limited.
The software does not provide accounting or tax advice. Always review its output with your accountant. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The licensor is Ourons Ltd (company number 11027868), trading as sitelead.
The Amazon Feedback Manager is supplied for £0, with no checkout, licence key or subscription. A verified email address is required to receive the download link. You may use and modify it for one business for as long as you want, and you may keep protected backups. You cannot transfer that right to another business.
You may not resell, redistribute or publish the package or your modified copy, remove its ownership notices, or operate it as a service for other businesses. The free software is supplied without the three-month guarantee that applies to paid products. Amazon can change how outside software connects, what permissions it needs and how approval works. Optional installation, updates and custom work may be quoted separately.
