sitelead Payout Splitter turns the original Amazon, eBay and Temu payout reports into invoices ready to import into Xero. It separates sales, refunds, fees and shipping, then checks that everything adds up exactly to the payment. It runs entirely on your own server. No subscription. No per-order fees. No data leaving your business.
Built by a multichannel seller. We run it on our own settlements every week.
Compare the cost
Subscription payout tools typically charge £30–£100 every month — and the bill scales up as your order volume grows. You pay forever, for software that does the same job every month.
How it works
Upload or paste the original report from Seller Central, eBay or Temu. The splitter identifies which marketplace it came from, so you do not need to reformat it or use a template.
It separates sales, refunds, fees and shipping and applies the VAT treatment from your settings. If a payout covers dates in two calendar months, it creates an invoice for each month. It then checks that the invoices add up exactly to the payment.
Download invoice spreadsheets ready for Xero, invoice PDFs and a line-by-line checking file. You can also email that pack to your organisation's Xero Files inbox for review and import.
What you get
Every set of invoices is checked against the amount paid into your bank. If the figures do not match exactly, the splitter shows the difference instead of silently rounding it.
Paste an Amazon V2 settlement file, an eBay transaction report or a Temu statement — the splitter identifies the channel from the file itself.
Standard-rated and zero-rated sales are split into separate invoice lines using your product catalogue, so your VAT return comes out right.
If a payout covers dates in two calendar months, the tool creates one invoice for each month—the treatment your accountant normally expects.
Export an invoice spreadsheet ready for Xero, invoice PDFs and a checking file, or email the pack to Xero Files. The current version does not add invoices to Xero automatically.
The Accounts & Taxes page lets you choose the bookkeeping account and tax rate for every type of marketplace fee.
Every split includes a line-by-line spreadsheet alongside the invoices, so you or your accountant can trace any figure back to the original transaction.
Runs on any standard PHP + MySQL host. Your sales data, margins and fees stay on hardware you control.
Buy it once and it's yours. No seats, no order limits, no "premium tier" for features you already paid for.
Paste one of your real settlements into the free demo and compare the output line-for-line against what your current provider posted. If it matches, ask yourself what the monthly fee is actually buying.
Run the side-by-side testProof, not promises
sitelead Payout Splitter wasn't built in a lab. It was built by a UK multichannel seller to do our own bookkeeping — and only offered for sale once it had earned its keep.
The results were checked line-by-line against the output of a leading monthly-fee settlement tool across tens of thousands of pounds of real Amazon, eBay and Temu payouts — same invoices, same VAT treatment, penny for penny.
Every result is checked against the amount paid into your bank. If the invoices do not add up exactly, the splitter shows the difference. It never changes a figure merely to force a match.
The free demo uses the same report-reading and invoice calculations as the purchased version. It accepts real eBay Transaction reports, Amazon V2 settlement files and Temu statements—not simplified test formats. What you see is what you get.

Security considerations
Settlements, invoices, margins, fees — processed and stored on hardware you control. Nothing is sent to sitelead or any third party.
The app has its own password login and requires HTTPS. During installation, we can also help restrict access to approved internet addresses.
No connection details are needed to split uploaded reports. If you use the optional connection checks, you choose whether the private details live in your own database or your own Google Secret Manager project. We never receive them.
The app prevents visitors from browsing its folders or opening common backup and source files. It removes the installer after setup, and each copy includes its buyer's identifier to discourage unauthorised sharing.
Guarantee & change policy
If the splitter stops doing what we said it does in your first three months — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free.
Rarely. Amazon settlement file formats have not materially changed in years, and Amazon and eBay normally announce platform changes in advance. Temu is younger and less predictable, which is why supported changes are covered during the guarantee period.
Fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price — no subscription, no obligation, and the software keeps working regardless. Licensed to one business: the full licence terms fit on one page.

FAQ
One payment gives your business the right to use it for as long as you want, with no recurring fees. The "catch" is that it runs on your server rather than ours — which is exactly why we can sell it once instead of renting it to you. Each licence runs on one website domain (moving domain later is a quick email to us).
Every checked result can be downloaded as an invoice spreadsheet
ready for Xero, together with invoice PDFs and a line-by-line
checking spreadsheet. You can optionally email
the pack to your organisation's Xero Files inbox. Xero stores those
files for review; the current version does not post or import invoices
automatically. For Amazon EU, the spreadsheet uses the rate and
destination country from the VAT Transactions Report. Create matching
Xero sales tax names such as 19% (VAT on Income - DE)
before importing; the result page lists any names you need.
Yes. Every split produces standard CSV invoices and PDF documents you can import into Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent — or simply hand to your accountant.
You get a three-month guarantee: if the splitter stops doing what it did when you bought it — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free. After three months, fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price, just ask. In practice settlement formats change rarely — Amazon's hasn't materially changed in years. The full policy is on the before you buy page.
Your reports and results stay on your server. The splitter includes a password login, and during installation we can help restrict the site further so only approved internet addresses can reach it.
The standard licence covers a single business. Accountants and agencies who want to run the splitter for multiple clients — talk to us about a multi-client licence.
Digital downloads are supplied immediately only after you expressly consent, which ends the statutory cancellation period once supply begins. That never removes your legal remedies for software that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. The free demo runs the same calculations as the purchased version, so you can check your report before deciding to buy.
The splitter is built around UK seller bookkeeping. UK/GBP marketplace files work directly; Amazon EU/non-GBP settlements also need the matching VAT Transactions Report so dispatch country, reported VAT rate and exact VAT amount can be carried into the split. Amazon EU fees use UK reverse-charge treatment. If your business is established outside the UK, email us before buying and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
We offer a fixed-price installation service onto your hosting, and fully managed hosting if you don't have any. Either way you're usually splitting settlements the same day.
