One payment. Yours forever.

Stop renting your bookkeeping.
Own it for £300 + VAT.

sitelead Payout Splitter turns the original Amazon, eBay and Temu payout reports into invoices ready to import into Xero. It separates sales, refunds, fees and shipping, then checks that everything adds up exactly to the payment. It runs entirely on your own server. No subscription. No per-order fees. No data leaving your business.

Built by a multichannel seller. We run it on our own settlements every week.

Compare the cost

A one-off payment instead of another monthly bill

Subscription payout tools typically charge £30–£100 every month — and the bill scales up as your order volume grows. You pay forever, for software that does the same job every month.

Typical subscription tool

£360–£1,200 a year, every year
  • Price rises as you grow
  • Your financial data lives on their servers
  • Stop paying — lose access to your own history
  • Per-channel and per-order add-ons

sitelead Payout Splitter

£300 + VAT once — no subscription
  • Pays for itself in months, then saves you hundreds a year
  • Runs on your own PHP/MySQL server
  • Your settlement data never leaves your business
  • All three channels included — Amazon, eBay, Temu

How it works

From marketplace payout report to Xero in three steps

1

Drop in your payout report

Upload or paste the original report from Seller Central, eBay or Temu. The splitter identifies which marketplace it came from, so you do not need to reformat it or use a template.

2

The tool separates each amount

It separates sales, refunds, fees and shipping and applies the VAT treatment from your settings. If a payout covers dates in two calendar months, it creates an invoice for each month. It then checks that the invoices add up exactly to the payment.

3

Send it to your books

Download invoice spreadsheets ready for Xero, invoice PDFs and a line-by-line checking file. You can also email that pack to your organisation's Xero Files inbox for review and import.

What you get

Everything needed to turn a payout into checked invoices

Matches the payment exactly

Every set of invoices is checked against the amount paid into your bank. If the figures do not match exactly, the splitter shows the difference instead of silently rounding it.

Identifies the marketplace for you

Paste an Amazon V2 settlement file, an eBay transaction report or a Temu statement — the splitter identifies the channel from the file itself.

Separates different VAT rates

Standard-rated and zero-rated sales are split into separate invoice lines using your product catalogue, so your VAT return comes out right.

Separate invoices for separate months

If a payout covers dates in two calendar months, the tool creates one invoice for each month—the treatment your accountant normally expects.

Files ready for Xero

Export an invoice spreadsheet ready for Xero, invoice PDFs and a checking file, or email the pack to Xero Files. The current version does not add invoices to Xero automatically.

Use your own bookkeeping accounts and tax rates

The Accounts & Taxes page lets you choose the bookkeeping account and tax rate for every type of marketplace fee.

See where every figure came from

Every split includes a line-by-line spreadsheet alongside the invoices, so you or your accountant can trace any figure back to the original transaction.

Self-hosted & private

Runs on any standard PHP + MySQL host. Your sales data, margins and fees stay on hardware you control.

One payment, no lock-in

Buy it once and it's yours. No seats, no order limits, no "premium tier" for features you already paid for.

Already paying monthly fees? Compare the result before you switch.

Paste one of your real settlements into the free demo and compare the output line-for-line against what your current provider posted. If it matches, ask yourself what the monthly fee is actually buying.

Run the side-by-side test

Proof, not promises

Proven on our own books first

sitelead Payout Splitter wasn't built in a lab. It was built by a UK multichannel seller to do our own bookkeeping — and only offered for sale once it had earned its keep.

£

Checked to the penny

The results were checked line-by-line against the output of a leading monthly-fee settlement tool across tens of thousands of pounds of real Amazon, eBay and Temu payouts — same invoices, same VAT treatment, penny for penny.

It never silently rounds

Every result is checked against the amount paid into your bank. If the invoices do not add up exactly, the splitter shows the difference. It never changes a figure merely to force a match.

The demo uses the same calculations

The free demo uses the same report-reading and invoice calculations as the purchased version. It accepts real eBay Transaction reports, Amazon V2 settlement files and Temu statements—not simplified test formats. What you see is what you get.

No server? No problem. We offer a professional installation service onto your existing hosting, and managed hosting if you don't have any — ask us for a quote.

Self-hosted

Runs on boring, standard hosting

If your host can run WordPress, it can run the splitter. The full requirements:

Server requirements

  • PHP 8.1 or newer
  • MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.4+
  • ~50 MB disk space
  • HTTPS (enforced for logins and marketplace credential checks)
  • PHP cURL + OpenSSL extensions (standard on almost every host)
  • Login-protected out of the box — your data stays yours
  • Built for UK sellers; Amazon EU/non-GBP files need the matching VAT Transactions Report

Exactly what it does

The full function list, in practical terms

Input & splitting

  • Reads the original Amazon V2 settlement file, eBay transaction or payout report and Temu settlement statement. Upload or paste the report and the tool identifies the marketplace
  • Splits every payout into sales, refunds, fees, shipping and adjustments, line by line
  • Applies standard-rated or zero-rated VAT to each line using your product settings
  • Creates one invoice per calendar month when a payout covers dates in two months
  • Checks that the invoices add up to the actual bank payment, to the penny, and shows any difference rather than hiding it
  • Lets you choose the bookkeeping account and tax rate for every fee category and marketplace
  • Exports an invoice spreadsheet ready for Xero, invoice PDFs and a checking spreadsheet; it can email the pack to Xero Files, which stores files but does not import invoices automatically
  • Produces PDF invoices and a line-by-line spreadsheet with every split
  • Splitting currently uses a report you upload or paste. Optional connection screens can test and store your own Amazon or eBay connection details, but they do not fetch reports in this version
  • Password-protected pages for your payouts, results, bookkeeping accounts, connections and settings

Security considerations

Designed so we never see your data — or your keys

Everything stays on your server

Settlements, invoices, margins, fees — processed and stored on hardware you control. Nothing is sent to sitelead or any third party.

Password protected and encrypted in transit

The app has its own password login and requires HTTPS. During installation, we can also help restrict access to approved internet addresses.

Your connection details stay under your control

No connection details are needed to split uploaded reports. If you use the optional connection checks, you choose whether the private details live in your own database or your own Google Secret Manager project. We never receive them.

Sensitive files are protected

The app prevents visitors from browsing its folders or opening common backup and source files. It removes the installer after setup, and each copy includes its buyer's identifier to discourage unauthorised sharing.

Guarantee & change policy

Three months guaranteed — and formats rarely change anyway

The three-month guarantee

If the splitter stops doing what we said it does in your first three months — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free.

?

How often do formats change?

Rarely. Amazon settlement file formats have not materially changed in years, and Amazon and eBay normally announce platform changes in advance. Temu is younger and less predictable, which is why supported changes are covered during the guarantee period.

£

After three months

Fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price — no subscription, no obligation, and the software keeps working regardless. Licensed to one business: the full licence terms fit on one page.

Straight talk

We're sellers and software people — not accountants

Please check the output. The splitter is built and tested against real marketplace settlements, but we are not accountants and nothing here is accounting or tax advice. Always review the generated invoices — ideally with your accountant — before filing. If you're currently paying a monthly settlement tool, the easiest check of all: run the same settlement through both and compare them line by line in the free demo.

FAQ

Questions sellers actually ask

Is it really one payment? What's the catch?

One payment gives your business the right to use it for as long as you want, with no recurring fees. The "catch" is that it runs on your server rather than ours — which is exactly why we can sell it once instead of renting it to you. Each licence runs on one website domain (moving domain later is a quick email to us).

How does the Xero export work?

Every checked result can be downloaded as an invoice spreadsheet ready for Xero, together with invoice PDFs and a line-by-line checking spreadsheet. You can optionally email the pack to your organisation's Xero Files inbox. Xero stores those files for review; the current version does not post or import invoices automatically. For Amazon EU, the spreadsheet uses the rate and destination country from the VAT Transactions Report. Create matching Xero sales tax names such as 19% (VAT on Income - DE) before importing; the result page lists any names you need.

I don't use Xero — can I still use it?

Yes. Every split produces standard CSV invoices and PDF documents you can import into Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent — or simply hand to your accountant.

Do I get updates?

You get a three-month guarantee: if the splitter stops doing what it did when you bought it — including a marketplace changing its report format — we fix it free. After three months, fixes and new features are quoted at a fixed price, just ask. In practice settlement formats change rarely — Amazon's hasn't materially changed in years. The full policy is on the before you buy page.

Is my data safe?

Your reports and results stay on your server. The splitter includes a password login, and during installation we can help restrict the site further so only approved internet addresses can reach it.

Can I resell it or run it for clients?

The standard licence covers a single business. Accountants and agencies who want to run the splitter for multiple clients — talk to us about a multi-client licence.

What's the refund policy?

Digital downloads are supplied immediately only after you expressly consent, which ends the statutory cancellation period once supply begins. That never removes your legal remedies for software that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. The free demo runs the same calculations as the purchased version, so you can check your report before deciding to buy.

I'm not in the UK — will it work for me?

The splitter is built around UK seller bookkeeping. UK/GBP marketplace files work directly; Amazon EU/non-GBP settlements also need the matching VAT Transactions Report so dispatch country, reported VAT rate and exact VAT amount can be carried into the split. Amazon EU fees use UK reverse-charge treatment. If your business is established outside the UK, email us before buying and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

What if I can't install it myself?

We offer a fixed-price installation service onto your hosting, and fully managed hosting if you don't have any. Either way you're usually splitting settlements the same day.

£300 + VAT once, or up to £1,200 a year forever. Your call.
