Connect the Fetcher to Royal Mail Click & Drop, choose your usual UK postage service and enter accurate parcel weights. You can then send an approved Temu order to Click & Drop and return the tracking number to Temu when Royal Mail makes it available.
In Click & Drop, check your marketplace connections. If its built-in Temu import is enabled for this shop, disable it before using the Fetcher—or use the built-in import and leave the Fetcher connection disabled.
Sign in to Click & Drop, open Settings → Integrations and create a Click & Drop API connection. Royal Mail calls the password for this connection a Public API key. Copy it into Connections → Royal Mail Click & Drop in your Fetcher.
Enter a service code available on your Royal Mail account, for example the service you normally use for tracked UK parcels. Service availability and codes depend on your contract, so copy the code from Click & Drop rather than guessing it.
Set a sensible default item weight and a separate packaging allowance. Then use Settings → SKU and parcel mappings to enter a different weight or package type for specific products. The Fetcher adds the weight of every item and the packaging, and stops orders above 30,000g.
Save the key and settings, then choose Test Click & Drop connection. The test reads one order page and does not create postage. For the first real Temu order, open it, review the address, calculated weight, service and warnings, then confirm that you want to send it.
Afterwards, print the label and complete the manifest as usual in Click & Drop. The Fetcher checks Royal Mail regularly and returns the tracking number to Temu when it is available.
If the test fails
Create a fresh Public API key and paste it without spaces.
Confirm the chosen service is enabled for your Royal Mail account.
Make sure only one Temu-to-Click & Drop import method is enabled.
The route creates real postage orders only after you confirm an eligible Temu order.
